How are you feeling on this day of Friday? So nice to have your letters today. My dearest how are you feeling? It is so terrible to hear about your health?

And although it is a bit cold outside i am feeling warm because every letter form you makes me warm inside my heart:)

No, we don`t have snow, but that`s rather cold here although the sun is shining. At the moment it is sun and day outside, but in a couple of hours it will be dark and cold... brrrrrr.... You know, I imagine one of such days like...Well, we are sitting together just behind our fireplace, drinking glintvein or something like that, looking at fire and holding each other's hand...What do you think of that, dear? Hope you like that and when we are together, we will do that...
But at the moment i feel so cold without you....

As for my flood, well, i will see what i can do with this. But you know, i am renting my flat for a long time, and the woman which i rent the apprtament from is a good woman and i still pay her the sum of money i payed before all the prices on the communal services raised at the end of last year. So, i think that i will have to pay at least the half of the sum for the raparation as i feel my responsability too. And i don't want to spoil my relations with my landlady, cause she makes concessions for me. Thank you very much for your care and concern, you are very understandable and considerable:) And i am also grateful for your proposition of help, Mauricio.

Well, dear, I have one more doze of our Ukrainian customs, would you like to hear that, my darling? I hope so:)
Well, anyway, if you are against of it, you can do nothing cause i a`m going to tell you:) Because today we have a holliday which is called Epiphany. Do you have such a holliday? Yes, it seems we have a lot of holidays, right? First, New Year, then Christmas, then Old New Year, and now we have Epiphany... This day some hundreds years ago Jesus Christ came to Iohann and the last christened him. Do you know this? Frankly speaking, I didn`t know that for a long time, but when I knew at last, I`m happy to share that with you, my darling!
But! The most interesting is that this day is the very end of the time when all the girls try to know their future husbands, their soul mates` names. So, yesterday in the evening, I went home and I saw two girls who tried to ask one poor man what was his name. Oh yes, that was a poor man - really! I think he was scared of that girls, because they insisted, as I could guess:) Can you imagine that some girls want to know your name and you don`t know what for? Anyway, I hope you won`t be a victim of such type of girls... You will be a victim of mine:) Do you want this?:)

Another tradition on this day is the following.... Do you know such people who are used to swim in winter, winter bathers or swimmers in open air pools. I think that you have them, like we do.
It was always terrible for me to look at them when they are swimming in such cold rivers and lakes! But! A lot of religious people who are not winter swimmers at all "take a shower" on Epiphany Day too. They acosiate this with christening and clearing from their sins. Even my boss is going today with his wife to make this ritual. I wish them good luck:) You know, usually at this time of year, we have our lakes and rivers frozen and in this case, these people have to hack an ice-hole. But this year they are lucky as the ponds are not frozen and the water is warmer. And today looking on TV at these poor people screaming because of the cold i thought that i won't do this at least for a couple of years:) Well, I hope you are not going to become a winter bather,because I want you to be safe and sound, OK?:)

Thank you very much for telling me that the first to sing "I Will Survive" was Gloria Gaynor, i knew that she sang this song too, but i didn't know she was the first:) I am sorry for your friend:(
