I am so happy that today is Monday and a new week began. My previous week was such a hectic one that I was about to go mad:) I was so busy and I really hope that a new week will be easier for me and not so overloaded with work. I also hope that I will be able to write you letters very day till Friday:) I missed your letters a lot and hopefully nothing will stop us from writing to each other for another 5 days:) So, Henry, how are you today??? What is new in your life??? How was your weekend??? Was everything OK and what did you do during your weekend?? How is your health and mood??? How is the weather there??? How was your sleep and did you have enough rest during your weekend?? Oh, how many questions I have for you:) Yes, I agree with you that a father is not the one who is a biological father, but the one who educated and grew up the child, I think you are a very good person, because you adopted Nikki and you are her farther now. Children need both parents, but helps them to be an personality without any inferiority complexes. Right??? As for my weekend, I had a really great one;) You know, I wanted for some time ago to visit Svyatogorsk, it is a small town in about 3 hours from Lugansk. So, this weekend I was proposed to go there, what I did with great pleasure:) I went there together with my sister and Alina and some friends of ours. The name of this town can be translated as "Holy hills town" and it has such a name because there is an old holy monastery right on the hills. Unfortunately I didn't have the camera with me and don't have any pictures of me, but a friend of mine who was there some time ago has some pictures of the nature and the monuments. I can ask her and she will give me some of them. Hopefully you will like them:) You know, I have never thought that I will have so many new emotions after visiting this place. It is so beautiful there, you can't imagine!!! This town is surrounded by forest. There is a small river there where people swim and sunbathe. When you cross the bridge above this river you get right into the complex of monastery (Lavra), temple and churches. All the buildings are dated with nineteenth century and are monuments of architecture. The main monastery which is on the heels was created even earlier, I think. Unfortunately we didn't manage to get to this main monastery, because it was close for some reason, but still there were many other things to see. High above the hills towers up a huge white monument of a soldier. This monument is raised for soldiers who died fighting in that place in the year if 1943 fighting for the region of Donbass, (this way is called the region of the Ukraine where I live). It took us about half an hour to raise up that hill. But when we came to that monument at last we saw that it was worth each minute spent doing this. Wow, what a marvelous look open up before our eyes, I really can't tell you. But you will see on the pictures I send you. But back to the temple. All the buildings there are surrounded by flowers, it is taken good care of all the flowerbeds. Alina was so amazed, she was really happy to go there too:) Oh, you know, in our religion, when a woman goes to church, she should cover her head, so we tied a kerchief around our heads, the same as all women did. It is also not allowed to wear trousers for women when they go in church and to wear make up. So, though we were not so beautiful in the kerchiefs on our heads we still had to do this, any woman wasn't allowed to go there uncovered and in trousers , she was just sent back. So, you see, I went to church this weekend. There is a temple which is at the bottom of the hill is really big one and where we went inside. It has relics of some saints and a lot of people come there to worship these relics. Our religion differs from yours, yes??? Oh, well, I hope that you liked everything I told you about in this letter:) Did a wish to visit this place appeared in your mind?:) I hope so:) My dearest Henry, I wish you a nice start of the week. I hope that all your week will be full of nice events:) I send you many kisses and hugs:) Take care, dear.. Yours, Sveta
